If you are looking for a new smartphone in 2025, and even if your budget is less than Rs 10,000, there are some great options to choose from. However, it gets a bit tricky when you want a great budget smartphone with 5G capability, as there aren't many smartphones that offer 5G coverage and also excel in the basic requirements such as display, battery, and performance.

Here are five such 5G-capable smartphones, all priced under Rs 10,000, that offer an excellent value-for-money proposition:

Samsung Galaxy A14 5G

Rs 9,999

This is easily one of the best 5G smartphones under Rs 10,000, which is easily available on Flipkart. The device has a signature Samsung design with a triple camera setup at the back, and it runs on the latest OneUI 6 based on Android 14. For anyone looking for an affordable 5G smartphone from a highly reputed brand, this is the one to consider.

Motorola G35 5G

Rs 9,999

This latest budget smartphone from Motorola is a perfect device for anyone considering a 5G smartphone under Rs 10,000. Besides, it is also one of the premium-looking devices in the segment with a vegan leather finish. With its features like stock Android, 5,000 mAh battery, 120Hz refresh rate FHD+ resolution display, this device is clearly ahead of the competition, especially for its asking price.

Redmi A4 5G

Rs 8,499

With its starting price of Rs 8,499, the Redmi A4 5G (review) is easily one of the most affordable 5G smartphones in the market. However, there is one big caveat. This phone only supports a standalone (SA) 5G network and is not compatible with the non-standalone (NSA) 5G network. Hence, the smartphone is compatible with the Jio 5G network and does not support Airtel and Vi's NSA-based 5G network.

Redmi 13C 5G

Rs 9,099

Unlike the Redmi A4 5G, the Redmi 13C 5G is compatible with both SA and NSA 5G networks. However, unlike the first two options, this one only has a 90Hz HD+ resolution screen, but the device is powered by a capable MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC and offers 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.

Poco M6 5G

Rs 8,499

Again, a fantastic value-for-money budget smartphone with 5G support. The capabilities of the Poco M6 5G are almost identical to those of the Redmi 13C, and it comes at a slightly lower price. Overall, an interesting budget smartphone that supports both SA and NSA 5G networks with a 5,000 mAh battery and 18W fast charging support.
