"Bihar Political Crisis: What Are the Implications of the BPSC Row and Rail Roko Protest in Patna?"

Patna: The supporters of Bihar MP Pappu Yadav on Friday engaged in a ‘Rail roko’ protest in Patna in solidarity with BPSC aspirants protesting paper leak. The supporters blocked railway tracks at Sachiwalay Halt and roads.

Purnea MP Pappu Yadav said, "Bihar and the whole country are very concerned about the students. This fight is not just about BPSC. It is about the future of the children of 13 crore people. Politicians, coaching mafia and officials together have completely ruined their lives. From 1988-89 till today, paper leaks have been going on no decision has been taken on this. We are very clear that we have to fight. We will also meet the new Governor."

"BPSC Row Intensifies: What Impact Will Bihar MP's Supporters' 'Rail Roko' Protest Have on the State?"

The supporters criticised the Bihar government in a statement, stating, "The Bihar government has forced us to take to the streets by jeopardising the future of 4 lakh students. BPSC aspirants have been protesting continuously for 16 days, yet the government remains indifferent.”

The protest is part of wider demonstrations, including indefinite hunger strike by Prashant Kishor and a march by Congress and CPI-ML leaders that was halted by police.
