Laura recently posted a breakfast meal that helped her drop 15 kg. “So much of my success when it comes to weight loss boils down to repetition and routine.  Sometimes it’s just about having a few meals that you love, that are easy to make and that you can rotate consistently,” read her post.

What do you need?

Ingredients you will need to make this breakfast recipe are as follows:

1. Half a cup of oats 

2. Two tablespoons of chia seeds 

3. One cup of milk 

4. Fruits 

5. One tablespoon of peanut butter

How to prepare? 

In a container, combine half a cup oats, two teaspoons chia seeds, one cup milk, and chopped fruits. Freeze it overnight, then add one spoonful of peanut butter before serving in the morning.   

Chia seeds are known for their ability to absorb ten times their weight. This helps to satiate the body, suppress cravings, and keep us hydrated.
