A massive drama unfolded in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly as the House resumed on Thursday with the MLAs engaging in a scuffle over the issue of resolution to restore the special status of the Union Territory.As the Assembly resumed today, Engineer Rashid’s brother and MLA Khurshid Ahmad Sheikh displayed a banner on Article 370, a move which was objected to by Leader of Opposition and BJP MLA Sunil Sharma.“The resolution was unconstitutional.
