LPG Price Cut: Oil marketing companies (OMCs) have announced to cut the cooking gas price today (January 1, 2025). According to Indian Oil website, the price of commercial LPG or 19-kg tank has been cut by Rs 14.50.

According to Indian Oil website, the 19-kh cooking gas tank in Delhi will cost Rs 1804. This translates into a price cut of Rs 14.50 from December's price Rs 1818.50.

After today's price, the commercial LPG tank in Kolkata, Chennai and Mumbai will now be available at for Rs 1911, Rs 1966 and Rs 1756 as against Rs 1927, Rs 1980.50 and Rs 1771 in December, respectively.

There has been no change in the price of domestic cooking gas or 14.2-kg LPG tank. As per Indian Oil website, the domestic cooking gas price was last revised on August, 2024. The 14.2-kg LPG tank costs Rs 803 in Delhi, Rs 829 in Kolkata, Rs 802.50 in Mumbai and Rs 818.50 in Chennai.
