Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3: The Kartik Aaryan starrer will hit the big screens on November 1, coinciding with the Diwali holiday. Ahead of the release, the makers of the movie unveiled the song Ami Je Tomar 3.0. The song has been special to the franchise ever since the first movie released in 2007. However, the latest version of it was not met with a lot of vigour from fans.

The latest song released by the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 makers has failed to create a lasting impression on social media users. The song Ami Je Tomar has been a legacy of the franchise. In the first movie, it was filmed on Vidya Balan while Shreya Ghoshal gave the vocals. Kartik Aaryan gave a unique twist to the song in the sequel with Arijit Singh lending his voice. The third one has a special addition in the form of Madhuri Dixit, who is considered one of the best dancers in the industry.

However, eagle-eyed netizens found several discrepancies in the Ami Je Tomar 3.0 clip released by the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 makers. Some users claimed that the video seemed like the two actresses shot the song separately. Others alleged that the floor appears to be created by CGI. Some have even gone to the extent of claiming that Vidya Balan's appearance in the song seems to be created using artificial intelligence. Several criticised the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 makers for de-ageing the actresses in the film. The makers are yet to reply to the criticisms.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 marks the new chapter in the horror-comedy franchise Bhool Bhulaiyaa which originally starred Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar . The film is the Hindi remake of the Malayalam film Manichitrathazhu directed by Fazil, the father of Malayalam superstar Fahadh Fazil. Kartik took the baton from Akshay in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and essayed the role of Rooh Baba. While in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 Kartik romanced Kiara Advani’s character on-screen, in the third instalment, he will be seen starring opposite Animal star Triptii. The film also stars Madhuri Dixit.

Produced by T-Series Films and Cine1 Studios, Bhool Bhulaiyaa is set to release during Diwali. The film is set to clash at the box office with Singham Again which belongs to the cop universe of Rohit Shetty.
