Regulatory filings reveal that Ajay Devgn's name appears among nine investors who collectively invested Rs 24.66 crore in the preferential share allotment. The Bollywood icon's investment amounts to approximately Rs 2.74 crore, with a purchase price of around Rs 274 per share. This price represents a considerable discount compared to the BSE's closing price of Rs 949 per share on Saturday.
