Success Tips from Debina's Fitness Journey

Debina Bonnerjee, fitness and health has always been a top priority. What's truly amazing is how she's managed to deal with her post-pregnancy fat. As a mother of two, Debina's prime responsibilities involve being around her children. But despite that, she's always figured out a way to take care of her fitness and her journey is indeed inspiring for everyone. From a bit of cardiovascular exercises that involve breathing and improving stomach condition to yoga which is good for overall flexibility, she does it all. However, presently, she's going viral on social media for something entirely different.

Ever since the time Debina tried her hand at aerial yoga, she's been pretty successful in enjoying that process to embrace that level of fitness. Some of her recent aerial yoga photos which she dropped sometime back on her Instagram handle are going viral everywhere on social media.


Regarding her fitness routine, she says, "Well, right now, my time management revolves entirely around my little ones and that's pretty natural. So, the idea is to do my best and look at my potential best avatar whenever I get the time. I like to push my body beyond regular limits to be the best version of myself and aerial yoga has helped me immensely in achieving this, especially post-pregnancy. I strongly recommend this form of workout to everyone. I believe that be it any stage of your life you are in, your connection with fitness shouldn’t fade away.
