In a viral video clip, Dharmendra’s car is spotted amid the bustling traffic of Mumbai. A fan, excited to catch a glimpse of the legendary actor, filmed the moment. To the fan's delight, Dharmendra rolled down his window, waved, and flashed his iconic smile. Sporting a hat and muffler, the actor looked dashing and effortlessly proved that his charm remains undiminished.


Recently, even after suffering a fractured ankle, he updated reassured his admirers through social media. The actor’s sense of responsibility and civic duty was also evident during the recent elections in Mumbai. Dharmendra, who has always been vocal about the importance of voting, was one of the first to cast his vote. He shared an inspiring message in a video, expressing pride in being an Indian citizen. In the video, he stated, “You will be very happy to know that, like a good citizen of India, I have voted. I was the first one to visit because it gets crowded later. There is still time. I request you all to go and vote. Love you."

How did Dharmendra's gesture win hearts when a fan tried to film him in his car amid heavy Mumbai traffic?

On the work front, Dharmendra continues to impress with his performances. His most recent film, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, released on February 9, 2024, saw him portray the character of Jai Singh Agnihotri alongside Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon. The film received positive reviews, with Dharmendra’s performance being particularly lauded.

His role as Kanwal Randhawa in the film Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani too had garnered appreciation. Playing Ranveer Singh’s on-screen grandfather, Dharmendra brought warmth and depth to the character.
