Xiaomi today launched its highly anticipated Redmi Note 14 Series, which promises to redefine the mid-range smartphone market with impressive features and AI-driven performance. The series includes the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G, Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 14 5G. The company claims that all these three phones come with impressive battery life, advanced camera systems, and AI-powered enhancements. Along with the smartphones, Xiaomi also introduced the Xiaomi Sound Outdoor Speaker and Redmi Buds 6, expanding its AIoT ecosystem with premium audio solutions.
Redmi Note 14 Series: The Redmi Note 14 series comprises the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G, Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 14 5G, all featuring the largest battery in their class and powered by AI for seamless, intelligent operation. The Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G offers Xiaomi’s largest-ever smartphone battery, a 6200mAh powerhouse, coupled with 90W HyperCharge technology. It packs a 50MP Light Fusion 800 camera along with an 8MP ultra-wide and 50MP telephoto lens. The Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G comes with a 50MP Sony LYT-600 sensor with AI Bokeh and Dynamic Shots features. It boasts a 5500mAh battery and 45W fast charging. The Redmi Note 14 5G features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display and a 50MP Sony LYT-600 sensor, paired with an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a macro lens. All models come with IP68 rating for dust and water resistance and feature 4 years of software updates for a future-proof experience.
Xiaomi AIoT Products: Alongside the smartphones, Xiaomi also launched two AIoT products: the Xiaomi Sound Outdoor Speaker and Redmi Buds 6. The Xiaomi Sound Outdoor Speaker features a 30W driver and dual subwoofer delivers immersive audio, and with an IP67 rating. It offers 12 hours of playback and fast charging.
The Redmi Buds 6 features a dual-driver system combining a 12.4mm titanium driver and a 5.5mm micro piezoelectric driver. Featuring 49dB Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation, these buds ensure crisp, clear sound even in noisy environments. With up to 42 hours of use and dual-device pairing, they cater to the needs of modern, active users.
Price and availability
The Redmi Note 14 Series will be available for purchase from December 13 2024 at the following prices. The Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G is priced at INR 29,999 (8GB+128GB), INR 31,999 (8GB+256GB), and INR 34,999 (12GB+512GB). Th Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G costs INR 23,999 (8GB+128GB), and INR 25,999 (8GB+256GB). The Redmi Note 14 5G will cost you INR 17,999 (6GB+128GB), INR 18,999 (8GB+128GB) and INR 20,999 (8GB+256GB).
The Xiaomi Sound Outdoor Speaker will be available for INR 3,999 (launch price INR 3,499), while the Redmi Buds 6 will be available for INR 2,999 (launch price INR 2,799), both from 13th to 19th December 2024.
